Michele Cobb

Michele is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management, real estate technology, and ownership of investment rental properties. With a strong focus on increasing the value of property investments for our customers and enhancing tenant satisfaction, Michele brings a wealth of expertise to our team. Throughout her career, Michele has excelled in the real estate industry, leveraging her deep knowledge of market trends and innovative technologies to drive growth and scale. Michele understands the unique challenges and opportunities in the residential and commercial property market. She has a proven track record of implementing effective strategies to increase property values, attract high-quality tenants, and optimize rental income. When she's not immersed in the world of property management, Michele enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
Will Schueler
Partner
Born and raised in Hereford, Texas, Will is a graduate of Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business. He majored in finance, with a specialization in Alternative Asset Management and a concentration in real estate. Will was trained in investment banking but discovered he loves people and hands-on growth more than financial models. His experience has been in leading cross-functional teams with a focus on day-to-day execution, while adding a level of strategic thinking and planning to help guide long-term decision making. He has experience in leading teams of various sizes across finance, professional services, customer support and operations. Additional leadership positions include partnerships, special projects and M&A diligence and integration. In his spare time, he plays pickleball and enjoys hiking and trying new restaurants.
Zach Overturf
Originally born in California, but spent the majority of his adolescent years in Houston Tx. Zach Overturf made his way home to Fort Worth after graduating from Stephen F. Austin with his College sweetheart, Noelle in 2013. Zach has two children Ollie and Lilly and enjoys spending his time outdoors running, playing pickleball, or going on adventures to test his limits. Zach became licensed in 2013 and joined the exciting world of real estate. After learning the ropes and gaining experience in the business he started League Property Management, now LOCKE Property Management in 2017. Zach's focus is on the investment side of real estate and using it as a tool to help his clients achieve their financial goals.

Meet Demi, a Texas native, born in Fort Worth and raised in Jack County. She graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in News and Media Studies. As the Leasing Agent for Locke, Demi consults landlords on leasing strategies, assists tenants in locating a new home, and markets properties to consumers and agents. Her extensive background in property management, coupled with her real estate credentials, brings invaluable insights to the team. On a daily basis, Demi uses her experience in marketing, advertising, journalism, and sales to strategically provide quality service to landlords and tenants. When she's not busy selling houses or volunteering, she loves to spend time with her pets, play rec volleyball, visit state parks, and travel in and out of the great state of Texas!

With a passion for numbers and a keen eye for detail, Hya excels in her role. She brings with her a wealth of experience in handling accounting, finance, and billing tasks across various real estate sectors, including residential, multifamily, and commercial properties.
She prides herself on her ability to forge strong working relationships with residents, owners, and partners alike, always ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
Her responsibilities include overseeing accounts receivable and payable, collecting rent payments, preparing final account statements, and conducting audits. In her spare time, Hya enjoys cooking and baking with her kids.
